How are items packaged?

All items are carefully packaged as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap. What are the shipping charges?

Sellers provide FREE delivery on most items in India. Some items may have shipping depending on the nature of the product. What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated time of delivery is within 10 working days. All orders get shipped within 5 days from the Seller’s warehouse. How will the delivery be done?

We try to process all deliveries through reputed courier companies like FIRST FLIGHT. How can I track the delivery of my order?

All VARKA GEMS items are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners. We email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order. You can also see the tracking number in your order history panel in your account when you login. What is your refund policy?

We have a friendly return policy whereby we refund for products which are damaged, broken, have manufacturing defects, or does not match with photo/description as given on Varka Gems Stone. What is your refund procedure?

The customer/buyer has to get back to Varka Gems Stone customer care through phone/email within 24 hours of receipt of damaged goods or goods not meeting description. Varka Gems Stone will then log a dispute and initiate a process of resolution between the artisan/designer and the customer. Customer will have to send an image of product on email in case she is claiming that the product is damaged or not meeting description. The return shipping to seller for the product will be borne by the customer.
